Elderflower Champagne Labels
I was rooting around and found these from a few years ago, if you make some elderflower champagne feel free to pinch them for your own bottles. I can send it to you in hi-res if you like?
Recipe:
40 elderflower Heads, 1kg of sugar, 2 lemons, 4 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 10 litres of cold water.
Put it all in a bucket for 24 hours and then bottle up and leave for a couple of months (remembering to let the gas off occasionaly or as I discovered your bottles will explode)
